  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the ends of the leek*, leaving only the white part, then slice it finely. Place it in a colander and rinse thoroughly to remove impurities. *Check pout our tips for this step
  • Step 2
    Wash the potatoes, then cut them into small pieces.
  • Step 3
    Prepare the broth by diluting it in 100 ml of hot water.
  • Step 4
    On a baking sheet or in a baking dish, add the turkey leg. Brush it with olive oil and oregano. Pour in half of the broth, then bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  • Step 5
    Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt sauce. In a bowl, mix: the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Step 6
    After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and add the potatoes and sliced ​​leeks. Drizzle them with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour in the rest of the broth and bake again for 30 minutes at 200°C (count approx half an hour per 500g of turkey).
  • Step 7
    Once the turkey leg and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the oven and serve with the yogurt sauce. It's ready !
