Ground beef

Iceberg lettuce

Cheddar (shredded)

Crème fraîche

Taco seasoning

Black beans (canned)

- Step 1
In a hot pan, add the ground beef & taco seasoning. Cook for 5-6 mins, breaking up the meat into small pieces using a spatula, until well browned. Remove from the heat & set aside. - Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half & peel back the skin. Thinly slice the avocado. - Step 3
Prepare the crème fraîche dressing. In a small bowl, combine : the crème fraîche with the juice of half of the limes. Season with salt & pepper to taste & a generous drizzle of olive oil. Mix to combine. - Step 4
Add the shredded lettuce to a plate or bowl with the drained & rinsed black beans, the minced beef & shredded cheddar. Top with the avocado slices, salsa & crushed tortilla chips. Drizzle the crème fraîche dressing on top & enjoy !
