Chicken breast

Greek Yogurt (plain)
70 g
White rice (long grain)
1 tsp
Tandoori spice mix

Preheat oven to 200°C. In a large bowl, add the chicken, yogurt, tandoori spices, salt & pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken. - Step 2
Place the chicken in an oven-proof dish. Roast for 20 minutes at 200°C. - Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain. - Step 4
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven. - Step 5
Serve the tandoori chicken on a bed of fluffy rice. Top with some fresh herbs, if you have some. Enjoy !
