  • Step 1
    Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into cubes.
  • Step 2
    Boil de sweet potatoes for 8 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a frying pan until golden.
  • Step 4
    Mix the yogurt and mustard together to make a sauce. Season.
  • Step 5
    In a salad bowl, add the sweet potatoes, salad, bacon and the sauce. Mix, season and serve!
