Sweet potato

2 handfuls
Frisée (curly endive)

70 g
Pancetta (cubed)

1 tbsp
Greek Yogurt (plain)

1 tsp
Whole grain mustard

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into cubes. - Step 2
Boil de sweet potatoes for 8 minutes. - Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a frying pan until golden. - Step 4
Mix the yogurt and mustard together to make a sauce. Season. - Step 5
In a salad bowl, add the sweet potatoes, salad, bacon and the sauce. Mix, season and serve!
