  • Step 1
    Peel then quarter the onions and place them in the Digicook mixer and mix for 4 sec / speed 5. Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 3 minutes / 100°C / speed 2.
  • Step 2
    Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 100°C / vitesse 2 / 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, wash and peel the sweet potatoes and chop them into small cubes.
  • Step 4
    Once the onions are browned, add the lentils, 50g water per person, the coconut milk, turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper (optional: vegetable stock).
  • Step 5
    Put the sweet potatoes in the Varoma basket. Cook for 17min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
  • Step 6
    Meanwhile, cook the quinoa according to pack instructions. When cooked, drain and set to one side.
  • Step 7
    When the dahl is cooked, season to taste and serve with the quinoa (optional: add a few cilantro leaves if you have some). Enjoy!
