Cherries (fresh)

Peas (frozen)

Goat's cheese

- Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. - Step 2
In a large bowl, add the couscous and ⅓ cup cold water (yes, cold!) per portion. Cover for 5 minutes to absorb. - Step 3
Halve and pit the cherries. Add them to a bowl with the couscous, peas and crumbled goat cheese. - Step 4
Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Let's eat! - Step 5
Feel free to add fresh herbs such as basil or parsley, if you have them!
