  • Step 1
    Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2
    Halve the tomatoes, cut the avocado in cubes and slice the mozzarella.
  • Step 3
    Put the couscous in a bowl, add the pesto, tomatoes, avocado, mozzarella & arugula.* Season and add a bit of olive oil. Mix and serve. Enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
