Beef (ground-beef patties fresh)
1/2 tbsp
Mayonnaise
1 tsp
Ketchup
30 g
Sun-dried tomatoes
20 g
Tomme
1/10 bunch
Parsley (fresh)

- Step 1
If not pre-sliced, cut the Swiss cheese into slices. - Step 2
Toast the buns in a hot frying pan for 15 to 30 seconds with a dab of butter or drizzle of olive oil. - Step 3
Add the burger patties and cook for 2 minutes on one side. - Step 4
Flip and add a slice of cheese. Cook, covered, for 2 more minutes. - Step 5
To make the sauce, mix the ketchup and mayo. - Step 6
Optional: Add some whisky or cognac to the sauce for an extra kick! - Step 7
Place the burger on the bun with the sauce. Add the tomatoes and parsley and top with the other half of the bun. Enjoy!
