  • Step 1
    Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size.
  • Step 2
    Place the strawberries in a bowl and add half the sugar. Mix. Leave to cool.
  • Step 3
    Make the whipped cream. All your utensils and the cream must be very cold. Whip your cream and sugar with a mixer and whip for a few minutes until the cream becomes firmer.
  • Step 4
    In a bowl, add the whipped cream, a few pieces of meringue and the strawberries. It's ready !
