    In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Step 2
    Cut the broccoli into florets*. *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 3
    Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  • Step 4
    In a large frying pan or a wok, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat, then add the broccoli and bell pepper.
  • Step 5
    Add the grated or minced garlic and some minced fresh ginger (optional).
  • Step 6
    Add one tablespoon of water per person. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Add the chicken (cut in bite-size pieces) and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat.
  • Step 9
    Serve hot, sprinkling with some sesame seeds (optional).
