Stir-fried Noodles & Teriyaki Tofu

Tofu (smoked)

Stir fry noodles (egg)

Carrots (fresh)

Teriyaki sauce
1/2 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Peel the carrots, then cut them thinly into wedges. - Step 2
Cook them in a pan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the carrots at the end of cooking. - Step 3
Meanwhile, dice the tofu. - Step 4
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix: teriyaki sauce, grated ginger and grated garlic. Book - Step 5
Heat a pan with neutral oil. Add the diced tofu and grill them for 5 minutes over medium heat. - Step 6
At the same time, in a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them at the end of cooking. - Step 7
Once the tofu is nicely toasted, add the sauce to the pan. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, over low heat, while stirring. Then add the carrots and noodles. Mix well. - Step 8
Serve everything on a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you have them. It's ready!
