- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lay out the puff pastry sheet over the bottom of a tart pan. - Step 2
Cut off any extra dough around the edges, then prick the bottom a few times with a fork. - Step 3
Bake the crust for 5 minutes. - Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the squash into thin slices. - Step 5
Thinly slice the onion. - Step 6
On a baking tray, mix together the squash and onion with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. - Step 7
Remove the crust from the oven after 5 minutes. - Step 8
Bake the squash and onion for 15 minutes. - Step 9
Once the vegetables are cooked, remove them from the oven. Spread a layer of crème fraîche on the bottom of the tart. - Step 10
Top with the vegetables. - Step 11
Add the crumbled goat cheese. - Step 12
Season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. - Step 13
