Peas (frozen)
2 slices
Prosciutto

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain, and set aside. - Step 2
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the pesto on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. - Step 3
Sprinkle the peas and shredded mozzarella. - Step 4
Bake for 5 minutes at 230°C. - Step 5
Remove the pizza from the oven, crack an egg in the middle and shred the prosciutto around the pizza. - Step 6
Bake for another 5 minutes. Tip: To keep the yolk runny, cover it with half of an egg shell. - Step 7
Once the pizza crust is golden brown and the egg is cooked, remove from the oven. Optional: Sprinkle some arugula on top for some extra green goodness! Serve and enjoy!
