  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 230°C. Roughly chop the artichoke hearts.
  • Step 2
    Spread the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Smear the pesto over top, leaving a border around the edges. Top with the artichoke hearts. Bake for 10 min at 230°C.
  • Step 3
    Once the pizza crust is golden, remove from the oven. Top with torn burrata, arugula leaves & chopped green olives. Garnish with pine nuts (optional). Enjoy!
