  • Step 1
    Cook the gnocchi in a large pan for 2 minutes with a dab of butter.
  • Step 2
    Add the spinach, the cream and the gorgonzola.
  • Step 3
    Mix, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
    After 3 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
