- Step 1
 Preheat the oven to 200°C. Defrost the spinach according to the package instructions, drain well, & set aside.
- Step 2
 In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the crème fraîche, salt & pepper. Add the spinach and half of the crumbled goat cheese and gently mix.
- Step 3
 Roll out the pie crust into a pie dish (we used a 31 cm diameter dish here) Poke the bottom of the pie crust with a fork and then pour in the egg mixture.
- Step 4
 Cut the rest of the goat cheese into slices and place them on the top of the egg mixture*. Bake the quiche at 200°C for 30-40 minutes. Serve alone or with a salad. Enjoy! *Check out our tips for this step

For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest spreading mustard on the pie dough & adding smoked salmon, bacon or sun-dried tomatoes to the quiche filling.
