Rinse the sushi rice several times in clean water, then cook it according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and cut the cucumber into cubes. - Step 3
Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and hot sauce. - Step 4
Cut the nori seaweed sheets into small strips. - Step 5
Prepare the vinegar for the sushi rice. In a bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt. - Step 6
Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a dish to cool. Add the rice vinegar/sugar mixture and mix gently. - Step 7
Serve the rice in a bowl or shallow dish. Add the spicy tuna, cucumber, and nori seaweed. Sprinkle with fried onions and sesame seeds, if you have any. It's ready!
