Cannellini beans (cooked)

30 g
Chorizo (cured)

50 g
Cooked shrimp

100 g
Cherry tomatoes

1 pinch
Mild chile powder, ground

Basil (fresh)

Red wine vinegar

If needed, thaw the shrimp. Wash & slice the cherry tomatoes in half. - Step 2
Cut the chorizo into rounds. - Step 3
In a hot pan, add the chorizo & cook for 4 min, over high heat. - Step 4
In the same pan, add the shrimp & chilli. Sauté for 2 min. - Step 5
In a salad bowl, combine : the cherry tomatoes, chopped bacon drained & rinsed beans & shrimp. - Step 6
Prepare the vinaigrette. In a bowl, combine : the red wine vinegar & 1 tablespoon of olive oil per serving. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 7
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad & top with fresh basil, if you have some. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
