Cannellini beans (cooked)

2 slices
Bacon

50 g
Cooked shrimp

100 g
Cherry tomatoes

1 pinch
Mild chile powder, ground

optional
1/10 bunch
Basil (fresh)

1 tsp
Red wine vinegar

- Step 1
In a pan on high heat, cook the bacon for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden. Set aside on paper towels to remove excess grease. - Step 2
In the same pan, cook the shrimp for 2 minutes with the chili powder. Remove from the heat when cooked through. - Step 3
Drain and rinse the beans and add them to a bowl with the cut tomatoes (in halves or quarters), the chopped bacon and the shrimp. - Step 4
Add a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. (Optional: add chopped basil). Mix and enjoy!
