Salmon (fresh)
70 g
White rice (long grain)

Lime
1 tbsp
Honey
1 tsp
Sriracha sauce
1/10 bunch

If needed, defrost your salmon. Prepare the marinade: combine the honey, hot sauce, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper. - Step 2
Place the salmon in the marinade and baste the salmon. Set aside for 3 minutes. - Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a pot of boiling salted water and cook the rice according to package directions (about 10 minutes). - Step 4
Heat a pan over low heat with a drizzle of olive oil and place the salmon skin side down. Keep the marinade. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Turn it over and cook for 2 minutes on each side. - Step 5
Before the end of the cooking, pour the marinade into the pan. Let the sauce thicken for 1 to 2 minutes and drizzle over the salmon. - Step 6
Drain the rice. - Step 7
Place the rice on a plate, add the salmon, a wedge of lime if you have any left, and a few sprigs of coriander. Re-season to taste, pour in the rest of the sauce and you're ready to go!
