1/4 tsp
Harissa (paste)
50 g
Feta cheese (block)
1 tsp
Red wine vinegar
1/10 bunch
Mint (fresh)

- Step 1
Boil a pot of water. In a bowl, mix : the couscous with salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil & the harissa paste. Pour the same volume of couscous in boiling water. Cover & leave to soak for 5 min. Fluff the couscous with a fork & set aside. - Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette. In a bowl, mix : the red wine vinegar & 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 3
Wash & finely chop the mint. - Step 4
