White rice (long grain)
50 g
Chorizo (cured)

Yellow onion

Peas (fresh)

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Drain once cooked. - Step 2
Slice the chorizo into thin rounds.. - Step 3
Peel & finely dice the onions. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the onions & the chorizo. Cook for 5 minutes, over medium-high heat. - Step 5
Add the peas, rice & a paprika, if using, into the pan. Season with pepper & mix to combine. Cook for another 4-5 min, stirring frequently, until the rice it lightly brown & toasted. - Step 6
Serve the paëlla in a plate & enjoy !
