Flour tortilla (medium)

Chicken cutlet (breaded, pre-cooked)
1 handful
Romaine lettuce
1
Tomato
2 slices
Bacon
2 slices
Cheddar (slices)
1 tbsp
Barbecue sauce

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. On a baking tray covered with baking paper, place the breaded chicken, then bake for 12 minutes. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash then cut the tomatoes into slices. - Step 3
In a hot pan, add the bacon slices and grill them for 2 minutes on each side over high heat. They should become almost crispy. Then remove onto a sheet of paper towel. - Step 4
Once browned, remove the breaded chicken from the oven.* *Check out our tips for this step - Step 5
Spread the barbecue sauce on the tortilla. Add the lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. Then add the cheddar and the breaded chicken. - Step 6
Roll everything up, then cut the wrap in half. It's ready !
Recipe tip
If needed, slice the breaded chicken into smaller pieces before adding them into the tortilla.
