Tofu (smoked)
1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce
200 g
Green beans (fresh)
1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds
1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Wash (and trim the ends if you prefer) the beans. Cook for 8 minutes in a pot of salted water. - Step 2
Chop the tofu in cubes. - Step 3
Mince the garlic. - Step 4
Cook the tofu for 4 minutes in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil. - Step 5
Add the soy sauce, garlic, seasame seeds and cooked beans. - Step 6
Cook for 2 minutes. - Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
