In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, the grated ginger, lime zest and juice. - Step 2
Peel and slice the mango and avocado. - Step 3
Add the spinach, mango, avocado and smoked salmon (cut into strips) to a bowl. Mix in the sauce and serve. Enjoy!
