Cream cheese

Crème fraîche

Peel and finely chop the shallots. - Step 2
Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes. - Step 3
In a bowl, mix: cream cheese and crème fraîche. - Step 4
On a plate, spread the cream cheese/crème fraîche mixture. Add the smoked salmon, chopped shallots, capers, lemon zest and dill. Season with a drizzle of olive oil and pepper, then serve with slices of country bread. It's ready!
