Baby potatoes
1 tbsp
Crème fraîche
2 slices
Smoked salmon
2 handfuls
Lambs Lettuce
1/4
Lemon

1/10 bunch
Chives (fresh)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. - Step 2
While the potatoes are cooking, mix the sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt & pepper. Optional: Add some chopped chives - Step 3
Drain the potatoes after 10 minutes. (A fork should poke through the skin easily when they're done cooking) - Step 4
Place the potatoes on a sheet of parchment paper and smash them using the back of a pan, a plate, or a cup. - Step 5
Drizzle some olive oil on them and sprinkle with salt & pepper too. Bake for 10 minutes at 230°C. - Step 6
Once the potatoes are golden brown, take them out of the oven. - Step 7
Serve the potatoes with dressed salad, the salmon and sauce. Enjoy!
