Cherry tomatoes

Pesto

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread a layer of pesto, leaving about a 1 inch border. - Step 2
Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes to pre-bake the crust. - Step 3
After washing the tomatoes, cut them in half (if using cherry tomatoes) or in slices (if using larger tomatoes). - Step 4
After 5 minutes, remove the dough from the oven and top with the tomatoes, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for an additional 20 minutes. - Step 5
When the tart is golden brown, remove it from the oven and add the crumbed goat cheese. Enjoy!
