    Preheat the oven to 150°C. Butter then flour your springform pan.
  • Step 2
    Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • Step 3
    In a salad bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar vigorously until the mixture turns white.

    Add the previously sifted flour and yeast. Add a pinch of salt.
  • Step 5
    Continue beating, then pour in the milk, oil and vanilla extract. You must obtain a smooth and homogeneous preparation.

    Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gently incorporate them into your preparation using a spatula.

    Distribute your preparation in the mold then bake for 50 minutes at 150°C.

    Remove from the oven and let cool before turning the cake out onto a rack. Enjoy!
