Preheat the oven to 150°C. Butter then flour your springform pan. - Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. - Step 3
In a salad bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar vigorously until the mixture turns white. - Step 4
Add the previously sifted flour and yeast. Add a pinch of salt. - Step 5
Continue beating, then pour in the milk, oil and vanilla extract. You must obtain a smooth and homogeneous preparation. - Step 6
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gently incorporate them into your preparation using a spatula. - Step 7
Distribute your preparation in the mold then bake for 50 minutes at 150°C. - Step 8
Remove from the oven and let cool before turning the cake out onto a rack. Enjoy!
