Lavez le fenouil et les radis. - Step 2
Chop the fennel (save some leaves for decoration). - Step 3
Chop the radish. - Step 4
Chop the onions. - Step 5
Remove the orange peel using a knife, and take off the white rind (which is bitter) then cut into 0.5 cm slices. - Step 6
Put the orange slices on a plate and top with the fennel, onions, and radish. - Step 7
Season, add a splash of olive oil and cider vinegar on top.
