  • Step 1
    In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, reserve a small ladle of cooking water & drain the pasta.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, wash & halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    Peel & small dice the shallots.
  • Step 4
    Drain the tuna & capers.
  • Step 5
    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the shallots & capers & sauté for 1 min.

    Add the tomatoes, oregano & tuna*. Cook for another 2 min. *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 7
    Add the drained pasta & reserved pasta water to the pan. Cook for another 2 min, stirring.
  • Step 8
    Serve the Sicilian-style pasta in a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
