Cherry tomatoes

Tuna (canned)

Oregano (dried)

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, reserve a small ladle of cooking water & drain the pasta. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & halve the cherry tomatoes. - Step 3
Peel & small dice the shallots. - Step 4
Drain the tuna & capers. - Step 5
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the shallots & capers & sauté for 1 min. - Step 6
Add the tomatoes, oregano & tuna*. Cook for another 2 min. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 7
Add the drained pasta & reserved pasta water to the pan. Cook for another 2 min, stirring. - Step 8
Serve the Sicilian-style pasta in a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
