Pasta (jumbo shells)

Capers

Cherry tomatoes
90 g
Tuna (canned)

Oregano (dried)

- Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a bit of pasta water & set it aside. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and cut the tomatoes in half. - Step 3
Peel & mince the shallots. - Step 4
Strain the tuna and capers. - Step 5
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the shallots & capers and cook for 1 minute. - Step 6
Add the tomatoes, oregano and tuna. Cook for 2 more minutes. - Step 7
Add the reserved pasta water and cook for one more minute. - Step 8
Add the pasta to the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy !
