White rice (long grain)

Cucumber

Cherry tomatoes

Cooked shrimp

Sweet soy sauce

- Step 1
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package (about 10 minutes in a pot of salted water) - Step 2
In the meantime, peel and cut the cucumber into cubes. - Step 3
Wash and cut the tomatoes in half. - Step 4
Mix the cucumber and tomatoes in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil and mix to combine. - Step 5
Once cooked, drain the rice. - Step 6
In a hot pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute on medium heat, stirring frequently. - Step 7
Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring. - Step 8
Add the sesame seeds and stir. - Step 9
Serve the rice, the tomato / cucumber salad and the shrimp on a plate. Add an extra drizzle of sauce and some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
