Green beans (fresh)

Wheat berries
1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Cook the wheat according to package instructions. - Step 2
Cut the ends off of the string beans and cook for 10 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water. - Step 3
After 8 minutes, add the peas to the pot with the string beans and continue cooking for 2 extra minutes. - Step 4
Once cooked through, drain the veggies and the wheat. - Step 5
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the grated garlic and sauté for 1 minutes. - Step 6
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. - Step 7
Add the lemon juice and mix. - Step 8

Serve the shrimp & veggies with a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy !
