Stir fry noodles (egg)

80 g
Green beans (frozen)

100 g
Carrots (fresh)

2 tbsp
Soy sauce

1/4 clove
Garlic

Cooked shrimp

- Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain once cooked through. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan or skillet & add the green beans. Grate or mince the garlic & add the ginger. Stir & cook for 4-5 min. - Step 3
Wash & cut the carrots into long strands, using a vegetable peeler. Add them to the pan. - Step 4
Add the shrimp & soy sauce* to the pan. Stir to coat. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 5
Add the noodles to the pan & mix. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. - Step 6
Serve the sautéed noodles in a plate or bowl. Top with fresh cilantro & sesame seeds & serve hot. Enjoy !
Recipe tip
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest making a peanut sauce by combining : soy sauce, peanut butter & a splash of water (for a smoother sauce).
