Shrimp scampi with Spaghetti

Pasta (spaghetti)
100 g
Cooked shrimp
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Heavy cream
1 pinch
Mild chile powder, ground (Espelette)
1/10 bunch
Parsley (fresh)

If needed, defrost the shrimp & shell it. - Step 2
Peel & finely mince the garlic. - Step 3
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Towards the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of cooking water & drain the pasta. - Step 4
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, on medium heat. Add the garlic, shrimp & Espelette pepper. Cook for 2 min, stirring regularly. - Step 5
Add the drained pasta to the pan along with the reserved pasta water, cream & minced parsley.* Stir to combine & continue cooking for 1-2 min. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 6
Serve the shrimp scampi in a bowl or plate with a drizzle of olive oil. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
