Pasta (spaghetti)

100 g
Cooked shrimp

1/2 clove
Garlic

1 pinch
Mild chile powder, ground (Espelette)

1 tsp
Heavy cream

1 sprig
Parsley (fresh)

If needed, thaw the shrimp & shell it. - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Towards the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of cooking water & drain the pasta. - Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, on medium heat. Add the grated garlic, shrimp & 'piment d'Espelette'. Sauté for 2 min, stirring regularly. - Step 4
Add the drained pasta to the pan with the reserved pasta water, 'crème fraîche' & minced parsley.* Stir to combine & continue cooking for another 1-2 min. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 5
Serve the spaghetti & shrimp scampi in a bowl or a plate. Drizzle with olive oil & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
