In a pot, heat 1.5 cups of water per person. Bring to the boil, adding the noodles. Cook according to pack instructions. - Step 2
Serve the noodles and stock in a bowl, add the curry paste, coconut milk (optional: the noodle flavorings), mix. - Step 3
Add the shrimps, cilantro, lime on top - serve!
