Crème fraîche

- Step 1
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain water when the rice is finished cooking. - Step 2
While the rice is cooking, add a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan on high heat. Add the shrimp and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. - Step 3
Turn off the heat and add the crème fraîche. Stir to combine. - Step 4
To serve, spoon the rice onto a plate and top it with the shrimp curry. Optional: sprinkle with chopped cilantro. It's time to eat!
