  • Step 1
    Cut the melon in thin slices. Be sure to remove the skin and seeds first!
  • Step 2
    Cut the avocado in thin slices. (Tip: Cut the avocado in half, carefully remove the pit with a knife and remove the flesh using a large spoon. Now it's ready to slice!)
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, melon, avocado, shrimp, crumbled feta cheese, salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
