- Step 1
Lavez et épluchez les carottes. Dans le bol, placez les carottes épluchées. Mixez 5 sec/vitesse 4. Raclez les parois à l'aide de la spatule. - Step 2
Peel the vegetables. Put the onions and garlic in the bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Mince the carrots and add them to the bowl. - Step 3
Fry for 6 min/120°C/reverse direction/speed 1. - Step 4
Add 200ml of water per person, the soup and the quinoa. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 min/100°C/inverse direction/speed 1. - Step 5
Add the spinach, shrimps, lemon juice, zest and cook for 3 min/100°C/reverse direction/speed 1. Serve, (Optional: add parsley).
