  • Step 1
    Mix the lemon juice (optional: add the zest), finely diced shallots, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut into slices (discarding the skin).
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, add the lettuce, shrimp and avocado. (Optional: add sliced or chopped almonds) Top with the dressing and mix. Enjoy!
