  • Step 1
    Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2
    To make the sauce, mix the lime juice and teriyaki sauce.
  • Step 3
    Cut the avocado in half and into thin slices.
  • Step 4
    Once the rice noodles are cooked, rinse them under cold water and place them into bowls.
  • Step 5
    Add the avocado, shrimp, sauce and fresh herbs (cilantro or mint). Optional: add chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
