  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel then cut the carrots into sections then into sticks.
  • Step 2
    Wash and cut the broccoli into tops.
  • Step 3
    Finely chop the parsley.
  • Step 4
    On a large baking tray covered with baking paper, place the carrots and broccoli.* Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to the vegetables and mix everything together using your hands. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 5
    Prepare the garlic butter. In a bowl, mix the soft butter, grated garlic and parsley. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Step 6
    After 25 minutes of cooking, remove the vegetables from the oven and create some space for the salmon. Add the salmon to the plate. Then spread the garlic butter over the salmon fillet using a brush or a tablespoon.
  • Step 7
    Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°C. Serve with a little chopped parsley if you have any left, it's ready!
