Sesame noodles with mushrooms

Rice noodles
100 g
White mushrooms (whole)
1 tsp
Toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds

1 cm
Ginger (fresh)

- Step 1
Wash & slice the mushrooms. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the mushrooms & grated ginger. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are golden. - Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain once cooked through. - Step 4
Add the noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil & sesame seeds to the pan. Cook for another 1-2 mins, on low heat, while stirring frequently. - Step 5
