  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2
    Wash and cut the broccoli into small-medium sized florets.
  • Step 3
    In a pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli for 10 minutes and drain.
  • Step 4
    Cut the chicken into cubes.
  • Step 5
    In a frying pan or skillet over high heat, cook the chicken with the teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and grated ginger for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Step 6
    Serve the chicken and broccoli with the rice. Season and enjoy!
