Ham (deli slices)
40 g
Goat cheese
1/2 tbsp
Crème fraîche
10 g
Walnuts
1 tsp

- Step 1
Melt a knob of butter in a crêpe pan or large frying pan. Place the galette in the pan, pour on the crème fraîche and add the goat cheese. Season and let cook for 2 minutes. - Step 2
When the cheese starts to melt, add the ham and crushed nuts. Fold the galette into a half moon or square shape and add a drizzle of honey. Leave to cook for 2 more minutes and serve!
