Buckwheat galette

1 slice
Ham (deli slices)

40 g
Goat cheese (log)

1/2 tbsp
Crème fraîche

10 g
Walnuts

1 tsp
Honey

- Step 1
Melt a knob of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the galette to the pan. - Step 2
Spread the 'crème fraîche' at the centre of the galette & add pieces of goat cheese on top. Cook for 1-2 mins. - Step 3
Once the cheese is melted, add the ham & crushed nuts. Fold the galette into a scare or in half. Continue cooking for another minute. - Step 4
Serve the galette with a drizzle of honey on top & a side of salad, seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
