  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  • Step 2
    Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Spread the mustard on, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Step 3
    Add the tomatoes in a circular pattern.
  • Step 4
    Top with mozzarella, season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
