Dijon mustard

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the tomatoes in half. - Step 2
Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Spread the mustard on, leaving a small border around the edges. - Step 3
Add the tomatoes in a circular pattern. - Step 4
Top with mozzarella, season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
