- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Peel and finely chop the onions. Place them in the Digicook container with a drizzle of olive oil. Salt and pepper, and add the Provencal herbs and capers. - Step 2
Put the lid on it without the measuring cap and cook in reverse mode at100°C on speed 1 for 15 minutes. - Step 3
Add a tablespoon of powdered sugar, then close the lid without the measuring cap and cook in reverse mode at 100°C on speed 1 for 5 minutes. - Step 4
Roll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet (and flatten onto the baking sheet if it's in a ball). Spread on the onion mixture. Then, place the strained anchovies on top and sprinkle with olives. Bake the tart for 15 minutes at 210°C. - Step 5
When the 15 minutes are up, take it out of the oven and enjoy! Or you can save it for later; it's delicious both hot and cold! Bon appetit!
