Savory Leek & Smoked Salmon Crumble

- Step 1
Make the crumble: Add the flour, butter and parmesan to the Thermomix. Mix for 7 seconds on speed 4. Put the sandy mixture in a separate bowl and set aside. - Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the ends from the leeks* and then cut them into rings. Rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 3
Once cleaned and dry, add the leeks to the Thermomix with a pat of butter and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C in reverse mode on speed 1. - Step 4
Then add the crème fraîche, salt, and pepper, and sauté for another 4 minutes (still at 100°C in reverse mode on speed 1.) - Step 5
Place the smoked salmon along the bottom of a baking dish. Spread the cooked leeks on top, and finish by sprinkling the crumble mixture on top. - Step 6
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
