White rice (long grain)
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Sriracha sauce

1/10 bunch
Chives (fresh)

- Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside. - Step 2
Heat a pan add a drizzle of oil, then grate the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds over medium heat. - Step 3
If you have some, add a little ginger (powdered or fresh) and mix. - Step 4
Add the rice. Brown for about 2 minutes over medium heat, stir, spreading it out with a spatula. - Step 5
Add the soy sauce and stir, then cook for 3 minutes until the rice is lightly browned and crisp. Season with salt and pepper. - Step 6
Meanwhile, in another pan, heat a drizzle of oil. Break your eggs and cook over medium heat. - Step 7
Cook until the white of the egg starts to brown on the sides. - Step 8
Serve the rice with the fried egg on top, (optional: sprinkle with chives or cilantro) and add hot sauce, and ready!
