Stir fry noodles (egg)

100 g
Cherry tomatoes

Zucchini

1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce

1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain them. - Step 2
Wash & slice the zucchini into half moons. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the zucchini & grated garlic*. Season with salt & pepper. Sauté for 5 min. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 4
Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan & continue cooking for 4-5 min. - Step 5
After 5 minutes, add the drained noodles & soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes. - Step 6
Serve the stir-fried veggie noodles topped with sesame seeds, if you have some. Enjoy !
